Mayhill Hospital is hiring for the following positions:

Nurse Anesthetist: FT/PT/Contract, (Weekdays & Weekends; ACLS certified with Dr. Office/Clinic experience preferred): Administers rehabilitation interview as prescribed by the physician, keeps accurate and complete records according to prescribed policy, assists nursing personnel when necessary in administrating emergency respiratory care, assists nursing personnel when necessary in administering IV therapy, is proficient in evaluating and understanding the age specific needs and behaviors consistent with diagnosis and rehabilitation goals when serving adults aged 18-65 and geriatric patients.

Human Resources Coordinator/Scheduler: FT (A minimum of two (2) years experience in hospital business office and/or human resources, preferably in a health care setting; or any combination of education, training or experience in a hospital business office); Responsible for providing human resources support for the facility, which includes assisting in recruiting for vacant positions, conducting general employee orientations, assist in maintaining all personnel records and files, assist in conducting employee benefits and retirement program enrollment meetings, responding to insurance and unemployment compensation correspondence, employment verifications and assist in organizing all employee activities and in-services.

Recreational Therapist: PRN, (Adult and Geriatric): Responsible for planning and implementing activity services for assigned program, which involves defining and implementing treatment goals as a member of the interdisciplinary treatment team and providing continuous patient care, observation, interaction, and role modeling to patients.

Program Therapist: PRN, (Adult and Geriatric) : Performs social service functions to include assisting patients in meeting their bio-psychosocial needs while enabling them to access through therapeutic treatment skills to achieve their optimal level of emotional health, including basic consultation, teaching, complete specialized chemical social work services for patients/families receiving care, crisis intervention, short-term and long-term family therapy, and providing information and referrals as needed.

Nursing House Supervisor: FT, (Weekends & Days; RN, ACLS, BSN Preferred with Previous Experience in Psych/Supervisory): Responsible for ensuring coordinated delivery of patient care in accordance with the established standards of care, mental health practice and hospital policy, goals and objectives. This position assists in contributing to the hospital's philosophy, objectives, educational and Performances Improvement efforts, while providing supervision to the nursing staff assigned to his/her unit.

RNs: Prescribes, coordinates, and evaluates patient care through collaborative efforts with health team members in accordance with the nursing process and the standards of care and practices.

LVNs: The LVN performs under the direction of a Registered Nurse in providing nursing care to assigned patients, utilizing basic understanding of psychiatric and personality disorders.

Techs: Functions as an active part of the treatment team, providing continuous care, supervision, interaction, and role modeling to patients ranging in age from preschool through geriatrics depending on which unit worked. Work under the direction of the RN.

Housekeeper: PRN; Provides complete daily housekeeping routines such as cleaning patient rooms, offices, and public areas, while ensuring a safe and risk preventative environment within OSHA regulations.
